During the 26 years I've been involved in teaching, I've worked with many different administrators and dozens of different colleagues. Over that time, two consistent observations stand out:

• Teachers often feel overwhelmed and unsure about how to act in given situations.

• Administrators would love to help but are overwhelmed themselves.

 

I founded Kalos Consultants to serve as a resource for schools looking to provide teachers and administration with expert assistance in creating a thriving classroom setting.
